Terms of Service

Lenderly is a technology-enabled platform that helps businesses discover and access funding and credit options through a network of third-party lenders, credit resources, and financial technology partners. Lenderly also offers digital educational products, including a Credit Card Stacking Blueprint, and optional consulting support, including a Blueprint Walkthrough service.

Lenderly is not a bank, lender, or creditor. We do not make lending or credit decisions, and we do not guarantee approval, specific terms, or specific rates from any third-party lender or credit issuer.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to act on that business's behalf and to bind it to these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Services or submitting an application, and to keep such information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.

The Credit Card Stacking Blueprint is a digital, personalized report generated based on the information you provide. Upon payment, it is delivered instantly. Because it involves the immediate digital delivery of a personalized report, all sales are final and non-refundable once the report has been accessed or generated, except as required by applicable law.

The Credit Card Stacking Blueprint is provided for informational and planning purposes only. It does not guarantee approval for any credit product, specific credit limits, or specific terms. Outcomes depend on your individual credit profile, the policies of individual credit issuers, and other factors outside Lenderly's control.

The Blueprint Walkthrough and any other consulting or done-for-you services offered by Lenderly are optional, separately purchased services governed by a distinct engagement agreement provided to you at the time of purchase. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls with respect to that service.

Individuals or businesses who refer clients to Lenderly through our affiliate program are subject to separate Affiliate Program Terms, including applicable disclosure and compensation requirements.

Any pre-qualification estimate, funding range, or credit estimate shown through the Services is an estimate only and not a guarantee of approval, funding, or final terms. Final decisions are made solely by the applicable third-party lender or credit issuer.

The Services may contain links to, or facilitate connections with, third-party websites, lenders, and service providers that are not owned or controlled by Lenderly. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms and privacy policy.

• Providing false or misleading information in connection with any application
• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying any part of the Services without authorization

The Lenderly name and logo, and other Lenderly marks, are trademarks of Lenderly LLC. All content on the Services, including text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Lenderly and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without our prior written permission.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY FUNDING OR CREDIT OUTCOME WILL BE ACHIEVED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LENDERLY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY TRANSACTION WITH A THIRD-PARTY LENDER, CREDIT ISSUER, OR SERVICE PROVIDER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LENDERLY DIRECTLY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lenderly and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or the information you provide.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, and each party waives any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
